Headless Innovation with AWS

To power HAN’s unique offering, we built a custom application utilizing a WordPress Headless architecture with WooCommerce. This cutting-edge approach separates the front-end user interface from the back-end ecommerce functionality. This allows for a dynamic user experience while leveraging the robust features of WooCommerce.

NoSQL Agility on AWS

For scalability and efficiency, we hosted the entire application on Amazon’s Web Services (AWS) platform. Notably, we employed a serverless, NoSQL database architecture, ensuring a cost-effective and highly performant solution.

Prescription Discount Card

HAN’s platform offers two key solutions:

  • Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) Navigator: This is where HAN truly shines. We leverage over 10 years of knowledge and data analysis to power our AI engine. This intelligent system identifies medications with PAP options that meet the enrollment requirements of the applicants. This significantly speeds up the process of getting specialty medications to patients that need it the most at deeply discounted rates. HAN’s system connects users to these PAPs, and provides a dedicated “Prescription Advocate” to manage the process for a low monthly fee, only charged upon successful enrollment.
  • Free Pharmacy Discount Card: This card instantly lowers the cost of everyday medications up to 75% savings over retail. Users can search tens of thousands of medications on our platform and find the nearest locations to get their prescriptions filled.

Security and User Experience at the Forefront

Data security is paramount at HAN. We implemented industry-standard 256-bit encryption to safeguard user information. Additionally, the platform features a personalized dashboard for users to track enrollment status, manage healthcare providers, and access payment options.
