The company has employed the NetSuite ERP system and we are integrating the database using Celigo with the Nova Module plugin to sync stock data every 5 min. This store is designed with custom shopping for auto parts suppliers and business customers to process bulk orders, order by part number interchange, order manually as well as browsing the catalog select product and add to cart. The system also provides the ability for the creation of a RFQ for custom orders delivered to the Goodyear Sales representative for bid. Customers also have the ability to create multiple shopping lists and schedule the purchase process thus automating the purchasing of products and coordinating shipments and delivery. Our team leveraged the data from the NetSuite application and mapped all fields to the WooCommerce ecommerce engine to sync customer data, shipping locations, sales discount structures, authorized payment options as well as over 300 categories for the auto part products. Our B2B solution ensures consistent information across all products dynamically updated and synchronized with a duplicate staging site. All hosted on Amazon AWS with Elastic Beanstalk load balancing. This store is FAST and robust allowing for an increase of more than 1 Million SKUs and hundreds of simultaneous connects. Our custom designed theme is the center of the operations for Goodyear Belts providing product sales, marketing support and customer service support using Twilio SMS to support mobile text notifications to customers as well as Goodyear sales and administrators . The site is also Mobile Responsive built with Bootstrap architecture to allow users to actively engage and react to notifications leveraging the efficiencies of the latest technology available.
